Healthy Habits in School & Beyond
During this single session, I will uncover your teen’s primary stressors that are negatively impacting their self esteem and causing them to establish unhealthy habits to soothe themselves and share 1-3 action steps to help them begin shifting this pattern moving forward.
This single session can also be used as an opportunity for your teen and I to work together to see if we are a good fit before enrolling them in Healthy Habits Coaching for Teens.
If you decide to purchase Healthy Habits Coaching for Teens within one week of this session, I will apply the cost of this session to that program and your teen and I will move forward minus the Stress Inventory Session.
