I would recommend The Peaceful Eating Method to other women because it gives you the tools to not only learn what your stressors and triggers are that have stopped you from having a healthy diet but also to dig deep and learn a lot about yourself and who you want to be.
Even in the early stages of the program just speaking with Claire about one of my downfalls that held me back it just clicked, and I found the answer to why I was struggling.

I loved all the different tips/tricks/ideas that Claire had for things. It wasn't like there was just one way to be successful. If you tried one thing and it didn't work, Claire was great with coming up with alternatives.
I also really enjoyed the weekly coaching sessions. It was great to walk through how things had gone, get help when needed and share in successes. (One of my goals was for my clothes to feel better, and I was successful!)
I would recommend The Peaceful Eating Method because I think that understanding the why's is key to being successful. There's a lot to cover in the program but if it were easy, you wouldn't need to be here.
This isn't a fad diet or quick-fix type program, but it is something that can set you up for sustained success.
Believe it or not, I had no idea how much stress I was carrying and how my negative self-talk affected my overall health and kept me from choosing foods and activities that supported my goals toward a healthy feel-good weight.
Utilizing the meditations and positive self-talk, helped with sleep. Taking the time to look holistically assisted me in making a plan I can live with, that doesn't add to stress, and supports my overall health goals.
I was surprised by how many limiting beliefs about my weight and food I uncovered that were at the root of my constant sugar cravings.
I went from eating sugar without any limitations to sitting at the table and enjoying my food, which now only sometimes includes something sweet, on a daily basis.
I would definitely recommend The Peaceful Eating Method to anybody because Claire is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She teaches you how to get to the root of your limiting beliefs and reprogram them so that you’re able to stop eating mindlessly and enjoy your food more.
This last year, I got really stuck and gained a little over 10 pounds. I was having trouble losing even 1 single pound. My doctor told me to just eat less (kind of that diet mentality that I don’t subscribe to).
The program helped me be more mindful of what I was eating and why I was eating it. I did end up eating less, but the difference between her strategy and a ‘diet’ is that I was able to use her methods to change the thoughts that were causing me to mindlessly pop food into my mouth.
I’m so happy I was finally able to start losing weight without cutting out a bunch of foods and feeling deprived.
I was eating a clean diet 95% of the time, but I was still struggling with stress-related weight gain that I couldn't shake.
Embarking on the program prompted me to make a conscious choice to stop turning a blind eye to how unhappy I was with my weight and to let go of the weight as a way of hiding from love/protecting myself from getting hurt.
Once I learned how to release the stressors in my life, it felt like the weight was just falling off of me.
Before I started PEM, when I got home at the end of the day, I was eating way too many snacks (especially chocolate). I was really struggling with controlling cravings and portions.
Throughout this program, I learned different strategies to eat the right amount for my body and even began drinking a lot of water which I had never been able to do before. I lost over ten pounds, and I feel amazing.
The best thing is that I was super motivated the whole time.
