Hi, I’m Claire Ketchum.   I am the founder of The Peaceful Eating Method, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Transformative Nutrition with a BS in Psychology and Masters in Education.
